No nonsense – just the truth
The location is superb for catching early trains, just a quick stroll from the station. The classic triple room was surprisingly spacious, clean, and had helpful staff. I appreciated the included breakfast, which had decent options. Ideal for families needing convenience, though the air conditioning could use improvement.

Chur, the location's sweet as, close to transport. But the lift's tiny as, barely fits a person with luggage! Staff were heaps friendly, though.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Location was great for public transport, with a Metro station and Gare de Nord close by.
Air conditioning was inconsistent, making rooms uncomfortably hot. There were security issues with room keys allowing access to other rooms.

This was just an ideal choice for a brief weekend stay in Paris with outstanding value for money. The tiny lift was memorable. it's like a fun challenge navigating that little space with luggage. Pack light and enjoy exploring the area on foot.

The hotel had a convenient location right next to the popular Eurostar train station, making it super easy to travel around the city. Metro access was also just next door, which saved a lot of time getting to tourist spots. The room was clean, with daily housekeeping that replaced towels regularly. The breakfast options were decent—a nice way to start the day. there were a few downsides. The lift was tiny and often out of order, so I had to haul my luggage up six flights of stairs, which was exhausting. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor from the liquid soap provided, and the design of the room was a bit awkward, struggling with luggage space. I also noticed it could get noisy at night due to the surrounding area. The staff were generally friendly, but a few hiccups in service hinted at a need for better management. It felt like little things could have made a big difference to the experience.

Room was clean, but the check-in process was frustratingly slow with lack of communication.

The hotel is tucked away just steps from Gare du Nord, perfect for hopping on the metro to explore the sights. We loved being close to fun shops for snacks after our adventures, especially with our precious dog in tow!
My kids wished for a bit more space in the room.

Oh là là! The local eats around the hotel are a feast for the senses! Krishna Bhavan’s Indian curries had me dancing while Coffee Anjapper served up the best brews to start my day right. Plus, the staff were top-notch. they handled a power outage like champs, and my room was always spick and span! Breakfast? Just lovely!
Where do I start? The 6th-floor room felt like a sauna, and the smells from the courtyard were just too intense. And dealing with the deposit refund was a hassle—felt like going through hoops!

Neat and tidy rooms made for a decent place to crash after a long day. The location being close to La Chapelle and Gare du Nord stations worked well for hopping on public transport and getting around the city.
The reception area felt haphazard, with ill-fitting walls that gave it a rough look which set a strange tone upon arrival. The tiny lift only reached the fifth floor, leaving me lugging bags up the last flight of stairs, which was a real pain after a long journey. Room sizes were cramped, occasionally feeling like a maze with bags for a family—definitely not ideal if you have a lot of luggage. Noise was an issue too. I could hear street sounds and music blaring at night from nearby, which tugged at my ability to get decent rest. Add to that the inconsistent Wi-Fi and you’ve got a few frustrating moments during an otherwise average stay.

The location was quite convenient, just a short walk to Gare du Nord. The tiny lift added a quirky touch, but not having enough luggage space near our room made it challenging at times. some noise from the street at night wasn't ideal for rest.
